How can I amend or cancel my repeat orders?
1) If you would like to manage your repeat items, click on “My Repeat items & Favourites”
This area will show you all your repeat products. In this section you can:
1. Change the quantity
2. Change the frequency
3. Remove an item
4. Pause an item
5. Change the delivery address
6. Change the debit/credit card
If the order has already been despatched, then please contact our Customer Care team.
2) If you would like to manage your upcoming deliveries, click on "Manage my upcoming deliveries"
This area will show you the date upon which your next delivery will be despatched and the quantity that will be delivered. If you need to amend the date or your order you can do so in this section.
